Once upon a time, a friend asked if we could help her build a blog. She didn’t have any experience creating a website, and had no idea how to get started. We got her set up with a simple WordPress site, some basic hosting, and she was on her way. Before long, more friends started coming to us with similar problems – they just wanted to share their thoughts and the cool stuff they made, but it all seemed so complicated! With so many options for themes, hosting, plugins, security, SEO…things started to get pretty overwhelming pretty quickly. So we listened to their needs and helped create simple, safe, usable solutions to meet their individual needs.

The more people we helped, the more we realized that everyone has a unique vision for constructing their online world, but the internet can be such a nameless, faceless place. Well, we listened and decided to start a small hosting community to help demystify the process — to make the internet just a bit more personal.
